MojoMake.com provides AI-powered video generation services, including but not limited to:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video generation
- Video editing and enhancement
- Creative content production tools
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies provided by trusted third-party providers. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A secure password
- Optional: Information from third-party social media services (Google, GitHub)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You will keep your password secure and not share it with others
- You will not use another person's account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You will notify us of unauthorized access or account misuse

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

- Uploaded images and generated videos will be permanently deleted
- Some information may be retained as required by law
- No refunds will be issued for remaining credits or subscription time
The Service operates on a credits-based system. Credits are used to generate videos and can be obtained through:
- Subscription Plans: Monthly or yearly subscriptions that provide a monthly allowance of credits
- One-Time Credit Packages: Standalone purchases of credit bundles
- Credits are consumed when you request video generation
- Different generation types may consume different amounts of credits
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance before generation
- Subscription Credits: Expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over
- Credit Package Credits: Expire 365 days from the date of purchase
- Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
- You gain immediate access to the Service for the duration of the billing period
- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You can use the Service until the end of your current billing period, even after canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to Settings from your account menu
- Clicking on Billing
- Clicking Manage Subscription and Billing
- Selecting Cancel Subscription
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period
- Your credits will remain available until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will occur after the current period ends
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased with promotional rates
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the Service
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Your billing information must be accurate and current
- You are responsible for updating your payment method if it expires or is declined
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect the payment

- Videos generated by the Service based on your input are yours to use
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
- You agree to indemnify us for any copyright infringement claims related to content you request
- AI-generated videos may contain elements similar to existing works due to the nature of AI models
- You are responsible for conducting due diligence on generated content
- We do not train our AI models on your inputs without explicit consent
- You may use generated content as permitted by applicable law and third-party AI provider terms
To maintain a safe, ethical, and responsible platform, the following content is prohibited:
- Content that promotes, facilitates, or engages in illegal activities
- Content related to fraud, violence, or sale of illegal goods or services
- Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination
- Content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviors
- Pornographic or excessively violent content
- Content depicting sexual abuse, child exploitation, or animal cruelty
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Content that violates third-party rights
- Intentionally false or misleading content presented as factual
- Deepfakes without clear disclosure of AI-generated nature
- Content that discloses personal information without consent
- Content that invades someone's privacy
- Content designed to harass, threaten, or bully individuals or groups
- Impersonation for deceptive purposes
- Spam or content containing malware
- Content designed to phish, scam, or harm users
- Using our AI tools to generate content that violates the above restrictions
- Generating deepfakes of real people without consent for deceptive purposes
- Inputting sensitive personal data into AI tools
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these restrictions
- Suspend or terminate accounts for content policy violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Retain evidence of violations for legal purposes
Important: Credits consumed to generate prohibited content are non-refundable.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

- Payment processing through Stripe
- Authentication services through Google or GitHub
- Email delivery through Resend
- Cloud storage functionality
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damage to your devices or systems
- Costs of substitute goods or services
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service or generated content
This limitation applies regardless of the cause (negligence, breach of warranty, tort, contract, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We work with trusted third-party providers for:
- AI Video Generation: Hailuo AI, Kling AI, Runway, Sora, Veo, Wan AI, Seedance
- Payment Processing: Stripe
- Authentication: Google, GitHub
- Email: Resend
- Cloud Storage: S3-compatible storage
These providers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing their terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MojoMake.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@mojomake.com first. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except:
- Claims for intellectual property infringement
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
