Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By making a purchase on our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
We operate on a no-refund policy for the following reasons:
- Our Service provides immediate access to AI-powered video generation features
- Credits are consumed upon use and cannot be returned
- Generated content is delivered instantly upon creation
- Our costs are incurred immediately when you use the Service
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we have outlined specific scenarios where refunds may be considered below.
General Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- When you subscribe to a plan, you are charged immediately and gain access to the Service for the duration of the billing period
- You can use the Service until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel
- We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused credits within a subscription period
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Lack of use or underutilization of the Service
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings from your account menu
- Click on Billing
- Click Manage Subscription and Billing
- Select Cancel Subscription
Important Notes:
- After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period
- Your credits will remain available until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will occur after the current period ends
- Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased with promotional codes or discounts
- If you cancel a subscription purchased at a promotional rate, you cannot re-subscribe at the same promotional rate
General Policy: Credit package purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used.
7-Day Refund Window for Unused Credits:
- If you purchase a credit package and have NOT used any credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds for unused credit packages are granted at our sole discretion
- Once you use even a single credit from a package, the entire package becomes non-refundable
To request a refund for an unused credit package:

- Provide your order number or transaction ID
- Confirm that you have not used any credits from the package
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
We may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
If our Service experiences significant technical issues that prevent you from using it, we may issue a refund or credit:
- Service Outages: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
- Failed Generations: If video generation repeatedly fails due to errors in our system (not due to invalid input or content violations)
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error

- Provide details about the issue, including error messages and timestamps
- We will investigate and issue a refund or credit if the issue was caused by our Service
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase:
- Contact us at support@mojomake.com with proof of duplicate charges
- We will refund the duplicate charge(s) immediately
If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:

- We will investigate and work with our payment processor (Stripe) to resolve the issue
- If confirmed as unauthorized, we will issue a full refund
The following items and scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used to generate videos cannot be refunded
- This includes videos that you may not be satisfied with, as long as they were generated according to your input
- Credits consumed due to content policy violations are not refundable
- Refunds are not available if you change your mind after subscribing or purchasing credits
- We recommend starting with a smaller credit package if you're unsure about the Service
- Not using the Service or your credits is not a valid reason for a refund
- It is your responsibility to use the credits before they expire
- Credits that have expired cannot be refunded
- Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period
- Credit package credits expire 365 days from purchase
- If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Content Restrictions, no refund will be issued
- This includes violations such as:
- Generating prohibited content
- Attempting to abuse or exploit the Service
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Engaging in fraudulent activity
- We do not issue refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with generated content
- AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations, and results can vary
- We provide preview and adjustment options to help you achieve desired results
If we offer a free trial:
- Cancellation During Trial: You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge
- Conversion to Paid: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your selected subscription plan
- No Refunds After Conversion: Once charged after the trial period, the standard refund policy applies
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

Important Notice: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or terminated
- You may be liable for chargeback fees
- You may forfeit the right to use the Service in the future

Credits may be automatically refunded to your account in the following situations:

- If a video generation fails due to an error on our end (not due to invalid input or content violations)
- Credits are automatically refunded to your account

- If the generation process is interrupted due to a service outage
- Credits will be refunded once the issue is resolved

- If your generation fails due to a violation of our Content Restrictions
- This includes prohibited content, copyright infringement, or harmful content

Invalid Input
- If your generation fails due to invalid or incompatible input (e.g., unsupported file format, corrupted images)

- We recommend carefully reviewing your settings before generating
